1. Shipping Destinations
Domestic: Currently serves all states/regions in India.
International: Available globally via roganart.com and manual order processing.
Updates: Shipping locations may expand over time. Check our Website for current destinations.

2. Processing & Delivery Time
Processing: Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Madhapar, Bhuj, Gujarat, India within 2 working days.
Domestic Delivery:
Standard: 4–6 working days (varies by location).
Delays: Possible due to weather, strikes, or courier delays (beyond our control).
Product-Specific Timelines: Some handmade items may have unique shipping timelines. Check individual product pages for details.

4. Address Restrictions
PO Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Non-delivery due to P.O. Box details is not our responsibility.
Multiple Addresses: One shipping address per order. For multiple recipients, place separate orders.

5. Delivery Attempts & Tracking
Attempts: Domestic orders receive 3 delivery attempts (Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–7 PM).
Undeliverable Packages: If marked “undeliverable,” contact the courier directly using the provided tracking number.
Tracking: You will receive an email with tracking details once your order ships.

6. Out-of-Stock Items
Backorders: We do not ship backorders. If an item is unavailable post-purchase, we will:
Notify you within 2 working days.
Issue a full refund for the out-of-stock item.

7. Address Changes
Requests: Accepted only if the order has not yet shipped.
Conditions: New address must be within the same state as the original.

8. International Shipping
Process: via roganart.com or WhatsApp (+91 9173530085) to place orders.
Partners: Shipped via DHL/FedEx with real-time cost calculations based on product and destination.
Customs & Duties:
De Minimis Values: Check your country’s duty-free import threshold.
Disclaimer: Local taxes/duties are your responsibility. Roganart.com is not liable for inaccuracies in duty estimates or customs decisions.

9. Non-Delivery & Refunds
Failed Deliveries: Undeliverable domestic orders will be returned to us, and a refund processed (excluding shipping fees).
